- 1 · Baseline document intake — Contract, BOQ, drawings and the payment application are ingested and OCR-scored.
- 2 · BOQ to SMM7 mapping — Ambiguous BOQ descriptions are mapped to SMM7 work sections and confirmed by a human.
- 3 · AI pre-inspection plan — The claim, RFAs and drawings generate a prioritised list of checks before anyone travels.
- 4 · Sync plan to smart helmet — Checks are pushed to the helmet so the inspector is guided hands-free on site.
- 5 · Helmet capture & voice note — Live feed, voice notes and sensor telemetry capture evidence and raise defects automatically.
- 6 · Defect ticket triage — Snags become tracked tickets with SLA, owner and evidence.
- 7 · Review AI findings — Each AI claim is checked against its evidence chain; the engineer accepts, adjusts or rejects.
- 8 · IPC recommendation — The certificate is recommended in full or in part with a mandatory audited comment.
- 9 · Bank letter & PDF export — The recommendation letter with conditions, exclusions and sign-off is exported and emailed.
- 10 · Bank escrow release — The lender releases only the independently verified net amount.
Personas
Each persona sees a different navigation set and a different set of permitted actions. Switching persona never changes the underlying evidence.

Data segregation & assurance
- Each bank, developer and authority is a separate tenant; project data is never shared across tenants.
- The audit trail is append-only — 8 events recorded in this session.
- AI outputs are advisory. Certification remains with the appointed engineer at all times.
- Worker physiological data is surfaced only as safety alerts to authorised supervisors.
